The general conference is the annual gathering of Elders and all members of the church. It’s a time for members to gather together, listen to sermons from the Prophet, pray, and discuss issues that are affecting their lives.
The general conference rumors 2022 is a rumor that has been floating around for a while. There is no official confirmation of the date yet, but it will likely be in the fall.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will hold its next general conference in October 2022. As with every other year, there are bound to be rumors about what will happen at the conference. Here are some of the most popular rumors for 2022:
1. The LDS Church will announce that it is changing its name.
2. Elder Dallin H. Oaks will announce his retirement from the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles.
3. Elder Jeffrey R. Holland will be released as president of Brigham Young UniversityufffdIdaho and replaced by Elder Dallin H. Oaks.

It’s that time of year again! General Conference is just around the corner, and that means it’s time for the rumors to start flying. Here are some of the most popular rumors about what might happen at this year’s conference:

3. The First Presidency will announce changes to the mission age requirements.

It’s that time of year again! The time when everyone starts speculating about what will happen at General Conference. And this year, the rumors are flying about what sort of plants will be on display during the conference.
Of course, we won’t know for sure until the conference happens, but that doesn’t stop us from guessing. Here are some of the most popular rumors floating around about what plants will be on display during General Conference 2022:
1. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir will perform with a live plant orchestra.
2. The First Presidency and other Church leaders will take their annual photo with a giant cactus.
3. A new type of rose will be introduced that has been specifically bred to bloom in LDS temples worldwide.
4. Elder Bednar will give a talk about bees and how important they are to pollinating our food crops.
5. Elder Holland will announce a new temple construction project in an area where there is currently no LDS presence.

General Conference Rumors for the Future
With General Conference just around the corner, speculation and excitement are running high. While we don’t know exactly what will happen during the weekend-long event, there are some rumors floating around that have us intrigued. Here are a few of the most popular General Conference rumors for 2022:
1. The LDS Church is finally going to announce that women will be able to serve as bishops! This has been a long-awaited change and would be a major step forward for gender equality in the Church.
2. Elder Dallin H. Oaks is going to retire from the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles. This rumor has been circulating for a while, but it seems especially likely given that he turned 90 last year and has been increasingly absent from public appearances.
3. The Church is going to unveil a new temple in Salt Lake City! This one is pure speculation at this point, but with construction already underway on Temple Square, it’s not out of the realm of possibility. We’ll just have to wait and see!
4. There will be an announcement about changes to missionary work. With COVID-19 still affecting communities around the world, it’s possible that the Church will make some changes to how missionaries serve or where they can serve. Again, we’ll have to wait and see what happens!
5. Finally, there are always rumors about who might speak at General Conference (and who might not). While we don’t know for sure who will be speaking this year, we’re definitely excited to find out!
General Conference Rumors for the Past
It’s that time of year again! The leaves are changing color, the air is getting cooler and Mormons around the world are starting to speculate about what will happen at the next General Conference.
For those who don’t know, General Conference is a semi-annual event where members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints gather to hear from church leaders and receive inspiration. It usually happens in April and October, although sometimes the dates are shifted due to holidays or other events.
This year, there have been some rumors floating around about what might happen at the next General Conference. Here are a few of the most popular rumors:
1. There will be a new prophet called.
2. The temple schedule for 2022 will be released.
3. Elder Dallin H Oaks will announce his retirement.
4. A new apostle will be called to replace Elder Robert D Hales (who passed away earlier this year).

General Conference Rumors for Today
The most popular rumor going around today is that the LDS Church will announce plans to build a temple in Murray, Utah at the upcoming General Conference. 4. President Russell M. Nelson will announce that the church is lowering the age of missionaries from 21 to 18 for men and 19 to 16 for women.
5. There will be an announcement about changes to the temple recommend interview process, making it simpler and more straightforward.
6. The Sunday morning session of conference will be dedicated to talks from members of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, with each apostle speaking on a different topic related to gospel living
